Columbus-based Improveit! Home Remodeling was founded in 1989 as Ohio Energy. The company was initially known for quality replacement windows and doors. Ohio Energy's commitment to complete customer satisfaction led to immediate and continued success. In 1995, the company's product line was expanded to include performance insulated siding and sunrooms. By 2003, Ohio Energy had served more than 20,000 satisfied customers and earned the distinction as one of the fastest-growing home remodeling companies in the country.

Nationally recognized
Today, the Improveit! family of products includes siding, windows and doors, sunrooms, gutter protection and kitchen restyling. Ohio Energy, now under its new name, Improveit!, is a nationally recognized home remodeling company well-regarded for setting a new standard of service excellence. A new name, a renewed promise
In 2004, Ohio Energy changed its name to Improveit! Home Remodeling to better reflect the company's brand promise to its customers. The new name is a promise—to bring the improvement to the home that will give customers a lifetime of pleasure and satisfaction. Not once, but for a lifetime.
